Beonprice, Revenue’s strategic solution for hotels, has named Neville Isaac as director of Customer Experience in its bid to transform the customer experience.

With this incorporation, Beonprice aims to optimize the interactions between user and company and strengthen the relationship of trust by transferring the brand to the user experience thus ensuring service excellence to its customers.


With more than 25 years of experience in large and small organizations in several countries, Neville, a specialist in Revenue Management, Distribution & Pricing, has also been one of the main people responsible for the design and implementation of the Revenue strategy of the NH Hotel Group, where he has spent more than 11 years assuming sales price strategy functions in Spain and Portugal (175 hotels) and with an annual budget of more than 500 million euros.

For Rubén Sánchez, the company’s CEO, the incorporation of Neville means the “definitive commitment of the company to ensure that the customer experience is optimal, with a focus on international talent”.

Beonprice is Revenue’s strategic solution for hotels focused on customizing the price for each guest. It identifies the most profitable customers and personalises their rates, thus contributing to improving strategic hotel decisions and optimising not only the price, but also distribution and promotion, thus becoming a transversal service to the hotel chain’s revenue, marketing and e-commerce departments.


The incorporation of Neville Isaac is in addition to the latest additions of members of the product and international expansion team, which now has 50 employees and is part of the company’s expansion, which already has sales offices in four countries (Spain, Mexico, Colombia and the United States) and has more than 1,500 customers including major international hotel chains such as Iberostars Hotels & Resorts, Room Mate Hotels, Riu Hotels, Petit Palace Hotels, Lopesan, and Grupo Posadas, among others, distributed in more than 30 countries.


Beonprice is also a cloud solution designed by professionals in the hospitality industry who work with Machine Learning technology and have designed a proprietary algorithm focused on customizing the guest experience to respond to the constant changes in the market and adapt to the new challenges of the hospitality industry.
