When you visit our website for the first time, we inform you of the existence of cookies, both our own and those of third parties, by means of the corresponding information notice on the website itself and this cookie policy. We also inform you how you can configure the cookies that you wish to install among the different categories that we use.

By configuring or accepting cookies, you are consenting to the installation of all cookies or those selected.

However, you should bear in mind that there are certain cookies that are exempt from consent because they are essential for the proper functioning of the Web. Included in this exception are those cookies of a technical nature intended to allow the user to browse this website, to enable the use of the different services included on this website, to control traffic and data communication, as described below.

Our policy will be available to you at all times at the bottom of our website, under the link “Cookies Policy”.

General information for the customer and/or user about cookies

Cookies are files or archives that are downloaded to the user’s computer/smartphone/tablet when accessing certain web pages and applications that allow the user’s browsing preferences to be stored, making the interaction between the user and the website faster and easier.

The information collected by cookies is anonymous and does not contain any sensitive information, as they do not collect data that can personally identify the user. In any case, the user may access the configuration of their browser to modify and/or block the installation of cookies sent from the Web, without this preventing access to the contents.

Cookies are classified according to the following categories:

Depending on their duration, we distinguish between “session” or “persistent” cookies. Session cookies will be deleted once the user leaves the website that generated them and persistent cookies will remain on your computer for a certain period of time.

Likewise, depending on the entity that manages the equipment or domain from which the cookies are sent and processes the data obtained, we can distinguish between “own” and “third party” cookies. The former are those that are sent to the user’s computer from a computer or domain managed by BEONx and from which the service requested by the user is provided, while “third party” cookies are those that are sent to the user’s terminal equipment from a computer or domain that is not managed by BEONx or that, although managed by BEONx, is another entity that processes the data obtained through the cookies for its own purposes (in many cases, by contracted suppliers such as, for example, the web analytics service offered by Google).

You can find more information about cookies at www.allaboutcookies.org/es.

Other similar technologies

In addition to the information collected through cookies, we may use other similar technologies such as tracking pixels or web beacons.

Pixels are small graphic files that include a code managed through a third party url and that allow the information collected about the use of the website to be used for analytical and advertising purposes. The pixels collect information about the browser used, the IP address, the frequency of visits and the duration of the same and are also used to track the actions that users perform through the website (such as, for example, purchases added to the shopping cart, products purchased, redirections to other web pages, opening of newsletters, actions that generate more visits and purchases, type of audience interested), among others.

In addition to the use of tracking pixels or web beacons, we may use another technique for identifying and tracking users known as “fingerprinting”, which allows us to verify certain technical parameters of the equipment used by the user, such as, for example, the browser used, the operating system, the screen resolution, the plugins and complements installed, the type of font, the IP address, the language or the time zone, and which, once combined, allow them to be identified. The information collected will be used to track the activity carried out and the user’s browsing and to carry out user profiling.

Information on the use of cookies on the website

As we have indicated in the previous sections, we use our own and third-party cookies on our website.

Third-party cookies are managed directly by third parties and usually use the data for their own purposes. All the information can be found in the previous sections or in the cookie configurator (“Privacy Preferences”), as well as in the policies of the third parties identified in each section.

Below, we inform you in detail about the types of cookies used on our website: We may use technical cookies for internal use, analytics, preferences and advertising.

TECHNICAL COOKIES

They are those that allow the user to navigate through a website, platform or application and the use of the different options or services that exist in it, including those that BEONx uses to allow the management and operation of the website and enable its functions and services such as, for example, control traffic and data communication, identify the session, access parts of restricted access, remember the elements that make up an order (shopping cart), make the purchase process of an order, manage payment, control fraud linked to the security of the service, make the application for registration or participation in an event, count visits for the purpose of billing licenses of the software with which the service works (website, platform or application), use security features while browsing, store content for broadcasting videos or sound, enable dynamic content (such as animation of loading text or images) or share content through social networks.

Technical cookies shall be exempt from compliance with the obligations established in article 22.2 of the LSSI when they enable the service requested by the user to be provided, as in the case of the cookies listed in the previous paragraphs. However, if these cookies are also used for non-exempt purposes (for example, for behavioural advertising purposes), they will be subject to these obligations.

These cookies are necessary and therefore cannot be disabled by the user, being exempted from consent by article 22.2 of the LSSI.

We inform you that if you block the use of this type of cookies through your browser settings (see section “How to manage cookies” below), the website may not function correctly.

PREFERENCE OR PERSONALISATION COOKIES

These cookies allow information to be remembered so that the user can access the service with certain characteristics that may differentiate their experience from that of other users, such as, for example, the language, the number of results to be shown when the user performs a search, the appearance or content of the service depending on the type of browser used to access the service or the region from which the user accesses the service.

As a general rule, these cookies are installed when the user performs certain actions on the website (such as, for example, selecting a language) and will be exempt from the consent required by the LSSI as they are considered a service expressly requested by the user (and provided that they are not processed for any other purpose)..

ANALYTICAL COOKIES

Analytical cookies are those that allow the party responsible for them to monitor and analyse the behaviour of users of the web pages to which they are linked, including the number of pages visited, the language used, the frequency and recurrence of visits, the time of visits and time spent in each section of our website, the quantification of the impact of advertisements or the browser used, among others.

The information collected through this type of cookies, either by us or by third parties, allows us to quantify the number of users and thus carry out the measurement and statistical analysis of the use made by users of our website. To do this, we analyse your browsing on our website in order to improve the range of products or services we offer. Among other things, we analyse the origin of the visits, the sections and contents viewed and the general browsing time and the time spent in each section visited.

ADVERTISING COOKIES

These are cookies that store information on the behaviour of users, obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows us to develop a specific profile to display advertising based on the same.

They are normally managed by third parties that manage the advertising spaces that users see when they access our website, or our advertising on third-party websites. These cookies allow, among other things, to measure the effectiveness of our online campaigns, provide the user with information of interest to them and offer them advertising content of interest related to their browsing profile, as well as limiting the amount of advertising impacts that we make on each user.

In accordance with their own policies, some advertising managers may use anonymous cookies to display ads of interest to you when you visit other websites, crossing the user information they have been able to collect from your browsing on our website or others managed by third parties.

Processing of information

When using third-party cookies, it is possible that your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to countries with an adequate level of protection according to the applicable regulations.

Depending on the destination country, this transfer may involve an international transfer of data to countries that do not provide adequate safeguards.

Retention of Information

You can consult the retention periods of the information obtained by the different cookies through “Privacy Preferences”.

How to manage cookies

When you visit our website for the first time, we offer you the possibility of configuring the cookies that you wish to install or reject. You may refuse the installation of any category of cookie except for technical cookies, which are necessary for the correct functioning of the website.

If through the cookie manager or “Privacy Preferences” you have accepted to install certain cookies that you subsequently wish to reject and the same cookie manager allows you to do so, you can modify your initial selection or reconfigure them.

Through your web browser, you can:

– activate private browsing, whereby your browser no longer saves your browsing history, website passwords, cookies and other information from the pages you visit; or
