Beonprice was born out of a passion for data and the power it can bring to any team to optimise RevPAR.
Our founders Emilio and Rubén drew on their experience in technology and data to tackle one of the most complex industries: the hotel sector.
The mission was not to replicate what came before, but to revolutionise the way hoteliers manage, review and work with data.Beonprice has ensured that its systems know the specific sales and booking trends of each hotel with its machine learning capabilities, to offer a Revenue Management system that, in a short time, becomes a tailor-made product, perfectly designed to respond to the needs of the establishment.
The team goes beyond data provision and filtering: it analyses rate behaviour, in combination with competitor activity and consumer buying interests, to calculate the optimal price for each room type, each season and key date, in order to sell as many rooms as possible at the best possible price, maximising profitability.
A simple idea that became a consolidated Silicon-Valley product in 2013 from an office in Salamanca (Spain) followed by immediate growth in Spanish-speaking countries.
In less than four years, the company reached 1,500 customers worldwide and, in 2017, raised €1.4 million in its first round of equity investment funding.
At the beginning of 2020, even with the threat of an unprecedented global crisis, it raised a new round of funding of €2.5 million.
